Typical Project Outline
PHASE 1 – Research and Planning
The research and planning of the website.
This includes sitemap production, framework production and finalisation of the site’s functionality based upon the brief.
PHASE 2 – Design Concepts
We produce various Website Design concepts that include both internal quality control/amends and client amends to the design concept.
The design concepts are based upon discussion of preferred websites and the brief.
PHASE 3 – Template Production
The development of the website templates, based upon the approved design concept.
This includes the CSS framework and HTML including any php and jQuery effects that may be required.
PHASE 4 – Code Development
Setting up the website with the new design including specified website functionality.
During this phase the website is uploaded to our test server and can be reviewed by the client as it is being developed.
PHASE 5 – Content Integration
The addition of content either provided by client or via a copywriter.
Site built with CMS functionality will also have an administration area where the administrator will have the ability to add and edit content.
PHASE 6 – Infrastructure Set-up
Website, DNS and Email Management, Domain Name Purchase or Transfer, Website Testing and client amends.
Project Management and Website Upload.
